Youth Chamber Music

Music Matters welcomes talented young musicians to join us, and they will be integrated into our chamber ensembles. Our Music Matters Youth Chamber Music program is open to students in 6th grade and beyond who aspire to enhance their collaborative abilities and leadership skills. Participants will delve into a diverse array of repertoires spanning from classical compositions to contemporary works. Furthermore, students have the opportunity to accrue volunteer hours by engaging in community-based events.

Instruments

Piano, Violin, Viola, Cello, Double Bass, Flute, Alto Saxophone, Tenor Saxophone, Clarinet, Bass Clarinet, and Drum Kits.

Tuition

Once we pair you with the proper group, the invoice will encompass the following fees:

$30 Membership Fee

and $99.90 per month for rehearsal months, spanning from September through November, February to May.

A primary instructor will be assigned to your group

All new applicants must submit at least one link to a recording of a solo work that demonstrates their current capabilities on their instrument.

An audition is not required for current Youth Music Matters Chamber Music Members.
